if you sign up for our newsletter(s) you will occasionally receive information about our services, products, deals and industry related information through email or direct mail. We use an email service with our newsletter service to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We also present an option to not receive these communications. The information collected from contact forms throughout the site will be used solely for the purposes of providing the requested services, answering related questions or providing quotes to our clients. Upon your written consent or electronic acknowledgement we may use your likeness and other personal information in the form of photography, video, testimonial, or inline quotes. We may use this "content" to promote business and the sale of goods and services, either yours or ours. If you feel that your likeness or other personal information is being used without consent or permission, please let us know and we will correct the issue as soon as possible.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Information disclosure and your choices
Our users have the choice to "opt-out" of marketing emails. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and/or electronic promotional communications may opt-out by either using the automated unsubscribe feature(s) or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a mention of wanting to "opt-out" in the message. User who "opt-out" will no longer receive promotional communications from Quality Printers. In the case that you have received communications from us after following opt-out procedures, please call us so that we can rectify the situation.
