Data Collected

Quality Printers is committed to keeping our Client's personal information confidential and secure. We will only process information that is necessary to help us perform our obligations, improve your experience, and provide top-notch customer service. We will never share, sell or otherwise disclose information about our customers to a third party except as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Information collected through the site may or may not contain personal data. Personal data may be collected from you, voluntarily, through our websites, mobile apps, online portals, electronic forms, emails, or surveys. We may purchase additional data about our customers from third party sources and combine it with the information we already have collected to assist us with our marketing purposes. Our online ordering system passes credit card information to our payment processor directly. No credit card information is saved on any of our systems.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a small data text file that our server sends to your computer and that your computer sends back to us each time you visit our website. You can disable and/or delete cookies by controlling your browser settings. If you do disable cookies, our site will not recognize you, and you may not have access to all portions of the website. In addition, we and other third party entities use technologies like cookies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Log Files

We use log files, this includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


Online Communications

In general, with all online communications to and from our clients our purpose is to provide information about our products and services and to answer any questions concerning those products and services. This information will not be collected and used for any other purpose.

Promotional Email

if you sign up for our newsletter(s) you will occasionally receive information about our services, products, deals and industry related information through email or direct mail. We use an email service with our newsletter service to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We also present an option to not receive these communications. Contact forms

The information collected from contact forms throughout the site will be used solely for the purposes of providing the requested services, answering related questions or providing quotes to our clients. This information will not be used for any other purposes and will not be stored for longer than (1) year and will not be transferred or sold to third parties beyond our internal email systems.

Social Media

Our site(s), mobile apps, social media and online presences may include features that collect your IP address, which pages you are viewing, and cookies to enable the site/feature to function properly. The features may be hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our site. In the case that the feature is supported/run/owned by a third party, that feature will be governed by the privacy policy and terms of service of that third party. In general, we will do our best to make sure that the tools that we use do not infringe on your information sharing rights but we will not be ultimately responsible for the behavior of a third-party site or service.


Blog Posts, Testimonials, Video and Photography

Upon your written consent or electronic acknowledgement we may use your likeness and other personal information in the form of photography, video, testimonial, or inline quotes. We may use this "content" to promote business and the sale of goods and services, either yours or ours. If you feel that your likeness or other personal information is being used without consent or permission, please let us know and we will correct the issue as soon as possible.

Uploading Images

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.



We are committed to protecting your information. Security measures are in place on this site to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Information disclosure and your choices

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use outside shipping companies to ship orders, an email service provider to submit email communications to you on our behalf, and a credit card processing system to bill users for goods and services. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any undisclosed purposes. Personal Information collected online will only be disclosed to the appropriate authorities, if requested by law enforcement agencies.


Our users have the choice to "opt-out" of marketing emails. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and/or electronic promotional communications may opt-out by either using the automated unsubscribe feature(s) or emailing us at with a mention of wanting to "opt-out" in the message. User who "opt-out" will no longer receive promotional communications from Quality Printers. In the case that you have received communications from us after following opt-out procedures, please call us so that we can rectify the situation.

While we try to curate what we promote carefully, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and we urge you to follow them at your own risk and discretion. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
